SHOP POLICY

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all order of $100 or more.

 

Delivery of our products throughout Australia takes between 1 to 5 working days based on your location. Your items are carefully packaged to avoid them being damaged in transit. If, for any reason you are unhappy with the condition of your goods on delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You will be charged a flat fee for delivery when ordering through our website. We delivery Monday through Friday. Due to climate constraints and the perishable nature of our products we cannot deliver on a specific date or on weekends.

 

All of our shipping is undertaken through either Australia Post or a courier service and goods must be signed for on delivery, as proof they have reached you. If no one will be home to receive your order you may select ‘Authority To Leave’ at check out for deliveries without a signature in which case your order will be left in a safe place. If you agree to the ‘Authority To Leave’ conditions, you also forgo being able to claim on the products if they go missing in transit. If goods have to be delivered a second time, as there is no authorised person available to sign for them, a $15.00 re-delivery fee may be charged. 

 

Our shipping service is to Australian addresses only. As our shipping is handled through a courier service, we only deliver goods to street addresses, not to a PO Box. Due to service coverage and climate restraints we may not be able to ship our products to more remote regional areas. TRACKING

When your package is shipped we will provide a tracking number so you can follow you package until it reaches its destination.

RETURNS

We cannot exchange or refund goods due to the perishable nature of our products, so please order carefully.

If an item is damaged during delivery, we will undertake to replace that product for you at no charge. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods in order to arrange a return.

 

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, due to the item being unavailable, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges. We will contact you to organize the product to be shipped back. We will then either replace the goods or credit you the full amount.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Mullumbimby Chocolate Shop respects your right to privacy and is fully committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which sets out the standards for the collection, storage and use of personal information.

 

The personal information you provide us will be used to process your order and to keep you informed about new products and specials. In completing an order you will be providing us with your personal information.
